6 months Warranty Policy

For Demi-fine Jewellery :

Scope of Warranty :

- Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible demi-fine Jewellery.

Warranty Resolution & ARTA Wallet :

- 0–6 months since delivery : Replacement of the item.

- 6–9 months since delivery : 50% of invoice value in ARTA Wallet (valid for 6 months)

- 9–12 months since delivery : 25% of invoice value in ARTA Wallet (valid for 6 months)

- Beyond 12 months since delivery : 15% of invoice value in ARTAWallet (valid for 6 months)

ARTA Wallet can be used online  is not refundable or transferable.

Exclusions from Warranty :

The Six Month  Warranty does not cover:

- Damage from regular wear and tear

- Breakage due to mishandling

- Loss of stones or crystals

- Third-party alterations or resizing

- Custom Made Jewellery sets

How to Raise a Warranty Claim :

To initiate a claim, follow these steps :

1. Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.

2. Email the following to [email protected]

   -  Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”

   - Description of the issue

   - Photo evidence

4. Once approved, self-ship the product to : ARTA Building No-901 B, New Rishi Nagar, Hisar Haryana, 125001

5. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

Additional Notes :

- Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the ARTA team.

- ARTA reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
