Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

For Demi-fine Jewellery

Eligibility :

- Product must be in good condition

- Cannot be claimed if the product has already been processed under the Six Month Warranty Policy

Buy-Back Value with time since purchase:

- 0–6 months : 50% of invoice value

- 6–12 months : 25% of invoice value

- After 12 months : 15% of invoice value

ARTA Money will be credited to your ARTA Wallet upon successful inspection and will remain valid for 12 months. It can be used online but is non-transferable and non-refundable.

How to Claim Buy-Back :

To initiate a claim, Email us at support@artajewel.com

1. Subject line: “Buy-Back Request – [Your Order Number]”

2. Photo of the product

3. Invoice or order confirmation

4. Once approved, self-ship the product to:

     ARTA Buy-Back Desk 

     Building No-901 B, New Rishi Nagar, Hisar Haryana, 125001

5. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

Additional Notes :

Buy-back claims are subject to quality check and approval by ARTA  If a product is damaged or fails inspection, ARTA may decline the buy-back claim.
